Lynda Grant, Ph.D., is a Registered Psychologist who has been working as a therapist since 1986. She is in private practice in North Vancouver and has taught at the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University. Lynda believes that the mind, body, emotions, spirit and environment work together to create the healing we desire. She believes that we need to be treated as a whole person and not just a single problem. Lynda finds that Hakomi embraces this philosophy, and is a wonderfully inviting and gentle therapeutic approach that can be used on its own or in conjunction with cognitive-behavioural therapy or EMDR. www.lyndagrant.com |
